  6. Hey Prasanth, Thanks a ton for detailed explanation very informative and helpful. i will just add few points.

    My bike registration process :

    Part 1:

Date : 10th Feb 2018 Slot : 11:00 AM ( slots booked myself from the above mentioned site)

    1. I went to RTO kukatpally @ 10am and was in que for 15 min at@ counter 2, submitted all the documents as per the order mentioned in above image. Got a pink slip & all the same documents from him.

    2. Took this pink slips to the cabin exactly behind counter 2 for picture through a webcam & thumb impression.

    3. Took all these same documents & pink slip to a police office who was sitting outside, he verified everything, asked to write my mobile number on top of form20 & to get a scrub the engine chasis no with a pencil on left bottom corner on form 20 ( during this process make sure you bring you bike near to police)

    4. Submit all the documents to police will ask you to read your chasis number aloud for him to verify again.( you can keep the pink slip with you) thats it you can leave for the day.

Entire process took me exactly 20 - 30 minutes.

    Part 2:

    1. Got the message to my mobile from HSRP on 14th Feb with the new registration number.
    2. Went to the same place again on 16th Feb around 2:30 PM (you should only go any time in-between 2:00 - 5:00 PM ) was in que for about 30 min shown the message to concern person got it fixed in 5 - 10 min.

Hoping that i will get the RC in 10 - 15 days. Once again thanks a lot prasanth.
